For this week’s free game Sunday, I reviewed a game called Armored Warfare. In this game, there are 2 teams of tanks who compete to capture an objective. This is a pve game with many game modes.
When I loaded this game, I found my way to a tutorial which showed me the basics of how to play. I then moved on to play a real game and found that although it was really hard, it was really fun. I found out that it is me playing with online players but against AI tanks. These thanks were very realistic and functioned really well. I managed to then upgrade my tank and defeat the enemy team.
Although really good, I found that this game took ages to load. This was really annoying because the loading screen was the same, so it started to get boring. I also realised that the graphics and functions were not the best. When I shot a car, it went flat like I had drove over it and when I drove over a vehicle or a fence, my tank didn’t even get slightly effected. This wasn’t really bad but at times it was annoying that my tank took no effect to anything. In addition, when I took damage, my tank worked perfectly until it blew up. This was bad because the AI’s tanks would stop moving or firing.
Overall, I would rate this game 3.5 stars. If these glitched were to be fixed, I would rate this game 5/5 stars.
