For this week’s free game Sunday, I reviewed a game called SMITE. This is a 3rd person shooter game where 2 teams fight against each other to win an objective and takeover the other players base.
When I loaded this game, I was brought straight to a tutorial which taught me everything about the game. I was then told to enter my first match. After a short wait, I loaded in and was ready to fight. At first it told me the average match time (18 minutes) so I knew roughly how long I would be playing for. When we started, we had ai teammates and online teammates which meant there were a lot of players and the game was very entertaining. We had to get to the other base and takeover their towers, but they were doing the same back to us. When we destroy a tower, we progressed on to eventually destroying their spawn and winning. Each character had different abilities which they could use to destroy the opponents. The graphics of this game were great, and it loaded really quickly.
Overall, I would rate this game 5/5 stars because there were no areas that I didn’t like.
