For this week’s game review, I reviewed a game called Zombie Army 4. This is a 3rd person shooter game where players work through a storyline to defeat the zombies.

When I first loaded the game, I could choose to play solo or multiplayer. I chose to play solo mode. When I loaded in, I was asked what difficulty I wanted to play on. This was really good because it meant good players could have a challenge whilst new players could still have a chance. After I loaded into the story, I was brought to a tutorial. This talked me through the 1st chapter so that I knew how to play. The controls were very simple and easy to use. I found that there were realistic crates to get ammo/grenades from to restock. After each section, there was a camp where I could get a spawn point, upgrade my weapons, and restock my gear. This was really good because it meant that If you die, you have to redo 1 section and not the whole game. Weapon upgrades could be earned from doing well in game. This was good because it encouraged players to work together and to help out. In addition, upgrades carried over between matches, so you don’t have to completely start again every match.

Overall, I would rate this game 5/5 stars.
