For this week’s game review, I reviewed a game called “The Outer Worlds”. This is a 1st person shooter game where players can explore a world whilst completing set missions.

When I first loaded this game, I was shown a tutorial on howe to play. This was really good because it meant that I would be able to survive later in the game. After I had finished the tutorial, I was brought into a world. I had missions to complete but I could freely move around the world. There wasn’t a close barrier that was limiting me to only go 1 way or take a certain route. This was really cool because it meant there was a storyline, but you weren’t forced to do anything. In addition, when I would speak to other characters, I could choose what I want to say. For example, I spoke to a leader, and I could choose if I wanted them to help me or not. When I was exploring, I found that 1 could go inside most houses and take their loot although some has security. I could also walk-through towns and choose if I wanted to kill them or bring peace. My friend who was following me would copy my actions (if I were to fight, they would, if I brought peace, they would)

Overall, I would rate this game 5/5 stars.
